The People Behind the Pages

Made With Lived Experience & Clinical Care

"Just Write" was born from a friendship, a shared belief in the power of words, and a deep commitment to making healing accessible to everyone.

Margaret is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She brings clinical expertise and compassionate care to every page, grounded in what actually helps people heal.

With years of experience supporting patients through anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, Margaret ensured that every prompt in "Just Write" is evidence-informed and emotionally safe. She translated complex clinical concepts into language that feels human, warm, and accessible.

Margaret's mission is simple: make mental health support available to everyone- not just those who can access therapy.

"Clinical care should feel like a conversation, not a diagnosis. That's what we built into every page."

Co-Creator & Author

Eva brings the lived experience- the real, raw, human side of healing. She wrote this journal for everyone who has ever needed a safe place to land.

Her journey through self-rediscovery is woven into every page of "Just Write". She knows what it feels like to stare at a blank page and not know where to start, and she designed this journal so no one else has to feel that way.

Eva believes that healing doesn't have to be clinical or complicated. Sometimes it just takes a pen, a page, and the courage to be honest with yourself.

"I wrote this for the version of me who needed it most — and for everyone who feels the same way."

"Two best friends. One journal. Created for you."

Just Write is the result of years of lived experience, clinical knowledge, and a shared belief that everyone deserves a safe space to heal — even if that space is just a page.
